Can you find a straight line? It can be a hall, a fence, a path, a stick, a row of things, or even an actual line! (Maybe it’s paint on the pavement.)
Now… Put your camera in the middle and point it straight down to the end.
You should have a photo that shows your ‘line’ thicker up front but then gets smaller as it gets further away. This is an example of ONE POINT PERSPECTIVE.
Alyssa P (Age 7) took a new look at a bench for our 2012 collection. It’s a great example of how you can look at LOTS of lines pushing back into one point.
Can you find lines that push back into one point? Or maybe a line long enough so that the end disappears into an out of focus blur?
